Even just reading the names of those ailments can give you goose bumps. So better not invite them into your system.
Working with computers also has negative health effects. Since most industries these days are using the machines, dealing with the equipment day in and out is unavoidable. What you can do instead is avoid any sickness associated when working with them. For one, drink lots of fluids such as water or milk so you do not get dehydrated. In you need to get the job done, you might forget to eat, drink or maybe even blink. So, rest your eyes every couple of hours. You can just roll them, glance sideways, or close them. Finally, breathe in fresh dose of oxygen. It can keep you in a positive mood and energetic all day.
